The inclusion of women in the technological fields helps reduce inequalities. It can achieve a higher rate of productivity and innovation. The fastest growing and high-paying jobs are those associated with technology. Women need to develop skills in this regard, whether to work as Data Scientist, eCommerce Specialists, UX Designer, Web Programmer, or Mobile App Developer, Entrepreneurs in technology, and so on.
